• Draft and review contract agreement between SPV and stakeholders namely Government
Contracting Agency (GCA), EPC Contractor, Independent Supervisory Consultant, and
Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund.
• Monitor project schedule and its realized capital and operating expenditure in financial model
with the initial plan.
• Cooperate with lender to obtain credit loan (Financial Close)
